On 16 March 2021, the 245 pence per share cash offer from Atlas UK Bidco Limited, a recently incorporated entity that is controlled by Allied Universal (“Allied” or “Allied Universal”) for the entire share capital of G4S plc was declared unconditional as to acceptances and the acquisition of G4S via Atlas UK Bidco Limited, was completed on 6 April (the “Acquisition Date”).
